Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you regret the purchase you made you have the right to return (withdraw) the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase with the possibility of a refund.

To accept the change or return, the package must be in its original form, there must be no missing labels and all shipping documents must be present (such as a retail receipt, delivery note, etc.).

Shoes must have been tested on a clean floor or carpet and their sole must not be soiled before they can be returned. In case these conditions are not met the sent package will be returned to you.

Refunding in case you do not want to replace the product with another is very simple. We must inform you that the amount of money you have consumed will be returned to your account within fourteen days from the moment we receive your package in our warehouses. In case you have paid through the cash on delivery method, the money should be returned to you by depositing the amount in your bank account. In order for this to happen, you must send us at info@castoranatomic.gr the IBAN, the bank in which you maintain an account, and your name as written in your booklet. For a more secure transaction, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account should be the same as the one indicated on the invoice or purchase receipt.

Our company is obliged to return the exact amount of receipt within 14 days and not the cost of shipping and cash on delivery

Return procedure

TNT Courier transport: By contacting TNT Courier transport you can arrange the receipt of your package from the address you want for free. Otherwise, you can visit the branch closest to you TNT Courier transport, and send the package to us again completely free.

You can contact us by phone and arrange the return of the package to us. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@castoranatomic.gr where our customer service will serve you properly. You will need to enter your name, surname, and order number in the e-mail you will send us so that we can locate your order.

Order cancellation: In case you made a mistake with the shoe number, quantity, type of shoe or you changed your mind about your order and you have registered it electronically or by phone, you can cancel it. Cancellation is considered valid if the product has not been sent to the cooperating courier company alone. If the order has been placed you will need to pick it up at your shoe pair or pairs and then proceed with the refund policy to see how you can either get your money back or exchange the product with another one.
